Common questions
Can new tiles go over old ones?
Often, yes, if the old tiles are sound, flat and well bonded. We check on site; otherwise we remove them and prepare the substrate.
Which tiles for outdoors?
Frost-resistant, non-slip tiles. Around a pool, they must be rated for barefoot areas.
When can I walk on new tiles?
Usually after 24 to 48 hours, depending on the adhesive and grout used.
