What this website does
The public pages of this website have no forms that store data and no audience-measurement tools. The “Prepare my request” form only prepares an email in your own email app: nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
Client area (project tracking)
Clients of GCM Rénovation can follow their project in a private area. For this, we store your email address and password (encrypted: we cannot see it), your project details (town, dates, stages) and the photos and comments posted during the work.
This data is used only to track your project and is accessible only to you and GCM Rénovation. It is hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Paris, France) and kept until the end of the works (handover), then deleted.
To keep you signed in, the client area stores technical information in your browser. It is necessary for the service and is never used for advertising.
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which passes your IP address to Google.
Information you send us
When you call or email us, we use your contact details and project description only to reply, arrange a visit and prepare a quote. This information is never sold or passed on.
It is kept for three years after our last contact if no contract is signed, and for the legal retention period for business and accounting records if work is carried out.
